Terms & Conditions

Please read and understand the following terms and conditions before using our services.

1. Agreement

By signing up for our services, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions. These terms outline the scope of services, payment obligations, and any limitations of liability.

2. Scope of Services

• Services provided are based on the package selected by the client (e.g., Basic, Standard, Premium).
• Any additional services outside the selected package (e.g., extra viewings, long-distance travel, etc.) will incur additional charges, which will be agreed upon in writing before the service is delivered.

3. Payment Terms

• All services must be paid for in advance (pre-paid model).
• A non-refundable deposit of £150 (or as otherwise agreed) is required to confirm the booking of any service. 
  
• The remaining balance is due before the commencement of work.
• For additional services or expenses (e.g., long-distance viewings, inspection coordination), invoices will be issued, and payment is due within 7 days.

4. Multi-Viewing Package Adjustments

• Clients purchasing a multi-viewing package but using fewer viewings than included in the package will have their total cost adjusted as follows:
• Retroactive charge for viewings used at the standard per-viewing rate (e.g., £150 per viewing).
• An additional £50 administration fee to cover the recalculation and processing of the package.
• Any remaining balance from the original package price will be refunded to the client.
• Example: For a 6-viewing package (£600), if the client uses 2 viewings, they will be charged £300 (£150 x 2 viewings) plus a £50 administration fee, with the remaining £250 refunded.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made in writing (email or letter).
• Refunds: If cancellation occurs before work begins, a refund will be issued minus the non-refundable deposit - £150
• Once work has commenced (e.g., sourcing vehicles, booking viewings), no refunds will be issued.

6. Responsibilities of the Client

• The client must provide accurate and complete information regarding their preferences and budget.
• Any delays or additional costs caused by incomplete or incorrect information will be the responsibility of the client.

7. Limitations of Liability

• We do not guarantee that the vehicles sourced will meet all preferences but will strive to find the closest matches.
• We do not offer guarantees or warranties on the condition or performance of vehicles sourced or viewed.
• Clients are advised to conduct independent inspections before purchase.
• We don't hold any responsibility for any breakdown, mechanical issues or repairs on vehicles purchased through these car finding packages (basic, standard, premium and deluxe)
  

8. Viewing and Accompaniment

• Viewing and accompaniment services are limited to the locations and number of viewings agreed upon in the package. 
  
• Additional viewings or travel beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately, based on £60per hour and £1.2per miles.
  

9. Confidentiality

• We respect the confidentiality of our clients and will not share personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

10. Disputes

• Any disputes regarding services or payment must be raised in writing within 14 days of invoice or service completion.
